Hello other Allstate agents....FYI...I have a quick question... Have you ever had an email from an Allstate employee informing you (a seller) and another agent (a buyer) that your merger was approved? And then a few days later have someone else from Allstate tell you ...."Wait, sorry not so fast....your merger is not approved?" I have....happened to me today. tpp for 2013 how is it affected.....
is the value lock for the next 5 years?
are just scratch agencies affect by a restricted value... no value for 5 years???
will it continue to raise and we can still tpp and recieve$?
total tpp will decrease 10% effective 1-1-2013 ?

So the message from TC in Vegas seemed to come accross as all positive news. All the right things were said and of course the actions will speak louder than words. I can't make PRICE go away as a consumer demand. And I certainly appreciate the pain that a lot of agents are suffering because they:
1. Don't control their own pricing
2. Are NOT competitive, and,
3. Don't have alternatives
