Let me get this straight, I'm supposed to pay $1,500 (plus travel and expenses) for the CCC to train my LSPs to write crappy business, that will generate quick sales, but will sink my profitability numbers in a few months. And thereby, further reduce what little bonus I'm expecting next year. Am I missing something?

According to the forecasting tool, as of the end of June in the SE Region, a total of 5 "At Scale" agents were on pace for a bonus score of 3.0 or better, along with 12 "Growing to Scale" agents. That's a total of 17 agents on pace for the Forum for the whole region!
Countrywide, there are currently 54 "At Scale" agents on pace for Forum.

So - 6/1/14 is my last day as an EA with Allstate Insurance Companies. While this day has come much earlier than I had originally anticipated, I face it with joy and tears at the same time. I won't go into all the details at this time, just suffice it to say that I will still be on the blog, reading all and commenting when I think it will mean something. The best of luck to everyone.
